Errisbeg House was built around 1850 as an extensive Victorian private residence. It has since been converted into approximately 3,500 square feet of office space for use by service type companies. There are shared kitchen facilities as well as a secure I.T. room and workshop.
The property, although adjacent to the A38, is in a secluded position and stands in nearly two acres of well maintained grounds one side of which is bounded by the Trent and Mersey Canal. The property is situated approximately eight miles north of Lichfield and two miles south of Burton on Trent and is very close to airports, railway stations and major road networks.
